A.O.P. or American Oil Pension by the way is just Stansberry’s made up name for marketing their MLP’s these are businesses that enjoy tax breaks in order to pay their stock holders more of their profits. This is certainly not a scam here’s a comprehensive analysis tool to research on the most touted American Oil Pension plays.

Do your own research, but if you are investing on the outlines of newsletter copywriters, you are essentially paying them for their research this is no scam. Check out their financials and observe how much tax, if any, they paid.

2.    EEP, Enbridge Energy Partners LP
3.    CPNO, Copano Energy LLC

Is there a minimum investment amount and is this like an anuity, but based on the income stream of the specific company? How would I as an individual investor invest in one of these companies. Is there a length of time that
these checks would be recieved and what about return of original investment, do you get it all back at the end?

To answer the first part of your question let me tell you that there is no such specific investment vehicle by the name American Oil Pension. This is a term coined by the newsletter vendors to push their own stock picks while most often they are MLP’s.
You will get to know about the specific MLP’s they are pushing only after you subscribe to their services, if you do you so you are paying for their research for finding the right investments. This is no scam.
